2-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 2-day refund policy from the date of purchase for all our subscription plans and one-time purchases. If you're not satisfied with FilesDesk, you can request a full refund within 2 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility for Refund:
- Request must be made within 2 days of purchase
- Applies to both subscription plans and one-time credit purchases
- Available for first-time purchases only
- Refund amount will be the full purchase price
What is NOT Refundable
Please note that the following are not eligible for refunds:
- Used Credits: Any credits that have been consumed or deducted from your account
- Processed Files: Services already rendered (files already processed/renamed)
- Partial Months: If you cancel mid-billing cycle after the 2-day period, no prorated refunds
- Renewals: Automatic subscription renewals beyond your initial purchase
- Third-Party Fees: Payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges
Important: Once credits are used for processing files, they cannot be refunded. We recommend trying the service with a small number of files first before processing large batches.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your FilesDesk subscription at any time without any cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellation is simple and can be done directly from your account dashboard.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Immediate Access: You retain access to FilesDesk until the end of your current billing period
- Remaining Credits: Any unused credits remain available until your subscription expires
- No Future Charges: Your subscription will not renew, and you won't be charged again
- Data Retention: Your account data is retained for 90 days in case you decide to reactivate
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your FilesDesk account
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Important Notes:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will NOT be charged for any deducted credits or services already rendered
- After the 2-day refund period, cancellation does NOT result in a refund
Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 2-day period:
- Email us at support@filesdesk.app
- Include your account email and order number
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
- Our team will process your request within 24 hours
Refund Timeline
- Request Processing: Within 24 hours of submission
- Refund Initiation: Within 2 business days of approval
- Refund Receipt: 5-7 business days (depending on your payment method and bank)
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Billing Errors
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error, please contact us immediately at support@filesdesk.app. We will investigate and resolve billing errors promptly, regardless of the 2-day refund period.

If you're experiencing technical issues with FilesDesk, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We're committed to resolving technical problems and ensuring you have a smooth experience with our service.
Account Termination by FilesDesk
If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees already paid or credits already purchased.
Subscription Renewals
FilesDesk subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Renewal Reminder: We send email reminders 7 days before your subscription renews. Make sure to check your email and cancel before the renewal date if you don't wish to continue.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of FilesDesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
